If you live locally, then you need to check out Krystina Bullard Photography. She is awesome and very reasonably priced. A big plus for me is she also gives you a CD with all your pictures and a copy right release, so you can get your pictures printed where ever and how ever many you want. I had a really hard time picking my favorites so I had to share lots!

Daffodil Festival

March 20th we went to the Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival. We went after church, with the plan that the girls would nap on the way there and wake up in good moods. WRONG! Lexyn and Brittyn didn't nap at all on the way there and once we got there the good moods ended after about 3 minutes. They for no reason wanted their picture taken, bribing didn't even work! And Kinlynn decided she was hungry after about 5 minutes! I did however manage to capture a few good action pictures.

Kinlynn - 1 month

I can't believe my baby is already a month old, and because I am late on posting this she is actually 6 weeks now! Life has only gotten crazier but at the same time better since she arrived. She is such a sweet cuddle bug and is very rotten! It's hard not to spoil your last and one that LOVES to cuddle.



This time I learned from doing the girls monthly pictures, that it is hard to tell from pictures exactly how small or big they are. So I decided to take her picture every month in the same rocker that is in her nursery and sitting beside the angel bear that she got in the hospital.





* nurses really good
* sleeps 8 hours most nights
* only really cries when hungry or ready to go to sleep
* LOVES her nap nanny * weighs 9 pounds and 4 ounces
* wears newborn pants and 0-3 months onsies, but too big for newborn sleepers and too short for 0-3 month sleepers so she wears a lot of gowns
* only takes a passy when hungry and usually gags on it first but will eventually accept it
* sleeps a lot during the day as well as great at night
* has great head control
* likes to stare you in the eyes

My sweet blog to real life friend Liz, left her 2 year old twin daughters at home in Texas to come stay the week with me and help me with my girls. It was great having her here to help and visit with. We love you Liz!

Kinlynn's nursery

I decided to go with turquoise and red for Kinlynn's nursery. It is very bright and bold but I love it! I had flowers painted on the wall to match the flowers in her bedding. I stole the two tone wall with trim shelf idea from Liz's girls nursery. I am very happy with how it all turned out!

When we arrived at the house with Kinlynn we decided that I would go in without her so that I could get a hug from Lexyn and Brittyn since I hadn't seen them in 3 days. Then I would go out and get Kinlynn and Ben would come following in with the video camera so we could catch the first meeting on video. Well, when I walked in to see the girls Brittyn gave me hug and Lexyn began crying for Kinlynn! So I quickly went out to the car to get her. Lexyn and Brittyn LOVED her! It was 7:00 at night so the girls were tired and Kinlynn was hungry. When we told them that I had to feed her Lexyn very excitingly ran to get her babydoll bottles to feed her. Then I asked them to help me pick out Kinlynn's pajama's and again Lexyn ran to her room and got some of her 2T pajama's to put on her! It was so sweet.

For the most part they are great big sisters. They always want to hold her and help change her diaper. However Kinlynn can not be left unsupervised for even a minute if the girls are in the room because they are a little too comfortable with her and try picking her up! We are still adjusting 3 weeks later but it is getting better!
