This past weekend we decided to move the spare full size bed into the girls room. My idea is to have them sleep together in the full size bed, and convert one of the toddler beds back into a crib and move it into the baby's room. There was some fun playing in the full size "big" bed until we turned on their sound machine and tucked them in. Then Lexyn started crying, and quickly grabbed her blankie and "hee-haw" and "quack-quack" (yes we have to have all 3 of those in our bed every night!) and ran back to the toddler bed. For the time being until we get them trained there is still one toddler bed in their room along with the full size bed. We didn't force her to sleep in the full size bed we just left her in the toddler bed knowing she will eventually get comfortable and switch. Brittyn, however, stayed in the big bed or so we thought. When we walked in to check on them before going to bed, this is what we found. They haven't shared a bed since they were little, and instead of being excited to share a big bed together they wanted to share the toddler bed! It is very sweet, but does make it hard to be consistent on the stay in your bed rule!

That is the sweetest picture ever! I really can't picture my girls doing that... they like their space!
We are trying to figure out what the sleeping arrangements will be too before baby #3 arrives. We have talked about every possibility I tell you! Do your girls get upset together in bed? Ours have been know to bite, hit, pinch (things they don't normally do) when they sleep together so we are really unsure how to handle the transition.
