Yesterday the girls went for their second dentist appointment. They got great reports, with clean teeth; and for the most part they did pretty well. Brittyn came to life and was a major social butterfly. Lexyn, however, cried as soon as we walked in but calmed down until the dentist wanted to take a look in her mouth, then she was DONE! She screamed and cried and kept hollering, "I go bye bye! I go bye bye!" She is not fond of strangers or strange places right now, and she really doesn't like the strangers to come too close or touch her! Their dentist sent them home with not only a new sparkly tooth brush, but also the dental mirror so that they can practice putting it in their mouth and getting use to it. He is hoping when we go back in 6 months Lexyn will be a little more calm!

AND.... just to see how much they have grown in 6 months, here they are brushing their teeth at their first dentist appointment on April 1, 2010.

Awesome...I pray it goes this smoothly for us.....what age did you take them for their first!!!
Awe we LOVE that dentist! Looks like they are such big girls. They are growing so fast! Jayci usually makes me sit with her to have her x-rays done but this time she just hopped right up there on the stool. She now even asks when she gets to go back. She loves going.
Your girls are adorable. G & L go to the dentist for the 1st time in about a month and I am nervous!
